TITLE: Waze app directions take woman to wrong Brazil address, where she is killed

SUMMARY: A couple followed their Waze GPS app, thinking it would lead them to a touristy avenue in Niteroi.Instead, it led them to another street of the same name in Niteroi in one of the city’s most notorious slum areas. The woman was shot and killed.
REACTION:My reaction was sad for the man, cause dying because technology is stupid, is not a good way to die.

EFFECT: This event doesn’t affect me directly, but it affected my feelings and made me sad so technically it did
WORLD IMPACT: This could impact the world because more people are dependent on technology now and this scenario could possibly happen to many people.
